Move of the Week: Leg Lifts

This is a great exercise to strengthen your core. Check out the video to learn how to do it yourself!

HOW TO:
Start on your back and bring your feet flat. 
Tuck your tailbone and engage your core so your back is flat. 
Lift both legs up towards the sky. 
Keeping your core engaged lower both legs slowly towards the ground, and then exhale as you contract your core to bring your legs back up. 

Modification: If you feel this pulling on your low back, try alternating one leg and then the other! This is a great option for safely developing strength.
