Move of the Week: Standing Bicycle

This is a great standing exercise to strengthen your core and stretch your lower back. Check out the video to learn how to do it yourself!

HOW TO:
Start by standing up nice and tall 
Bring your arms up at 90 degrees 
Twisting through your stomach and engaging your core, draw your right knee up and draw your left elbow down towards each other
Repeat on the other side
Continue repeating for 30 - 60 seconds
