Daily Checklist to Feel Empowered

Busy? Over-scheduled? Find it hard to make time for yourself?

On top of all that, do you feel tired, blah and sluggish most days?

I'm here to tell you that the good news is that you don't need hours of self-care to feel better - to feel motivated and empowered. You just need to block off a little time (as little as 10 minutes) everyday to dedicate to your wellness.

I'm also here to share with you an easy guide so that you know what to do to feel more energized everyday.

1 - CLARIFY

How do you want to feel this week?
Think about it. Do you want to feel... strong? confident? sexy? on-top-of-things? focused?
How do YOU want to feel in your heart and soul?

2. EXERCISE

Aim to exercise 3 - 5 times a week for at least 10 minutes each time.
Yes, more time is better BUT 10 minutes is better than nothing and the more consistent you are with even just 10 minutes the easier it will get to workout consistently. And if you are looking for short workout videos to follow along in your living room click here to try Grounded Warrior for free for 8 days!

3. EAT HEALTHY

Now, I am realistic and realize that life is full of networking dinners, birthday parties, and date nights. So I never say you have to eat healthy 100% of the time - that's no fun and unrealistic. Instead, I encourage all my Grounded Warrior members and YOU to eat healthy 80% of the time. It's doable and will help you stay in shape and feel pretty darn good most days.

4. HYDRATE

This will help with #3 because if you are drinking a TON of water (which you should aim for at least 8 glasses a day), it will be a lot harder to drink a ton of sugary/calorie-full drinks like sodas and alcohol. So focus on a minimum of 8 glasses of water each and every day.

5. STRETCH

Work out those kinks! Seriously, a lot of the stress we hold is physical - in our shoulders, back, hips and neck - so be sure to stretch everyday to relieve some of that tension.

6. MEDITATE

Don't roll your eyes. I know everyone is obsessed with meditation. Well, I'm here to say you don't have to get a meditation pillow and meditate for hours. However, it's beyond beneficial to even just pause once a day and take 10 deep breaths to clear your mind and become present. Seriously, 10 deep breaths is about 1 minute and can make a huge positive impact on your mindset!

Ready to commit to prioritizing self-care on a daily basis?! I hope you are and I hope my Daily Checklist helps you feel empowered!
